Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the price of the services requested.  In every case we will do our best to fill the cancelled appointment time with another client.  If we successfully fill your cancelled appointment the cancellation fee will be waived.

Confirmation reminders

As a courtesy, we send a text or e-mail to confirm your appointment one business day prior.  However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.


Fees for services rendered are due upon completion.  Please be sure to familiarize yourself with prices before your appointment.  Prices are available for review on our Services page – and we will be more than happy to discuss all fees in person and/or over the phone.  Since all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services.  Please note that we are not able to extend credit for salon services.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, cash, debit.
